Simple Steps to Better Health

1. Do not eat anything that contains Trans Fats (partially hydrogenated oils) or High Fructose Corn Syrup.

2. Eat lots of organic fruits and vegetables, mostly raw.

3. Avoid packaged and processed foods.

4. Drink filtered water, to avoid chlorine, fluoride and other chemicals.

5. Do not eat anything with artificial sweetners, artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, or MSG.

6. Exercise 30 minutes a day, a brisk walk will do.

7. Use natural products for your body care and in your home for cleaning.

8. Laugh daily.
