Well, this is the month that you are suppose to get your flu vaccine.  You will hear all the scare tactics about the 36,000 people that die every year of the Flu, but in reality most of those deaths are from complications like Pnemonia, pre-existing conditions, and the elderly, and flu like illnesses.  The real numbers for those who died of the flu are only in the hundreds.  Fifty-nine percent of these deaths occurred in people 75 years or older.  The number of people who typically get vaccinated has increased by 50%, yet the number of deaths has not changed.  However, many people have reacted to the Flu vaccine and most of those that have say they would rather get the flu, and almost died from the vaccine itself.

One of the greatest dangers of the flu vaccine is the ingredients:  Thimerasol (mercury); Formaldehyde (embalming fluid, carcinogen, poison); Chicken embryos (many people allergic to these); Polysorbate 80 (carcinogen); Sodium Phosphate (heart disturbances); Sodium Deoxycholate (promotes tumors and changes DNA); Gelatin (allergic reactions in some people); Monosodium Glutamate (severe allergic reaction, neuotoxin); Neomycin Sulfate (allergic reactions can be life threatening); Beta Propiolactone (known to cause cancer) and dead or live viruses.

Now there are new dangers of the flu vaccine, just released is a new LIVE flu vaccine that will be contagious on contact and can be spread for up to 21 days.  This could mean the vaccine will cause a flu pandemic! This new vaccine will be dispensed via a nasal spray and has alot of side effects.

The dangers of the flu vaccine has been linked to a rise in Alzheimer’s.  A flu shot every year for 5 years increases the risk of Alzheimer’s 10 fold.

The flu vaccine can actually weaken the immune system and make you more predisposed to the illness.  Optimal diet, exercise and rest will have a great impact and will give you immunity from illness.
